BSE Sensex was trading in a range with a negative bias on Wednesday, and it looks like the index might retest its crucial psychological support level of 25,000 ahead of the impending rate hike by the US Federal Reserve.  

Sensex slipped 96.93 points to 25213.40 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 31.75 points to 7669.95. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap dropped 1-1.5 percent.  

Top Gainers Top Looser :- BHEL, TCS, ITC, HUL and HDFC Bank are top gainers while Vedanta, Bharti Airtel, Dr Reddy's Labs, Tata Steel and Hindalco are major losers.
